IMPORTANT: Product Pickup Agreement
Custom orders must be picked up within 30 days of completion, unless otherwise agreed to. If you do not pick up your custom order within 30 days, you will forfeit your order and down payment. I have had customers in the past that paid half down, but didn’t pick up the product for six months, making me go on a wild goose chase. Since this is a small business, I need space to work. Please also be courteous and understand that I am not always available to deliver your goods (I also appreciate delivery tips!). I appreciate my customers that come to me to pick-up! I do offer shipping, but for an additional fee. Thank you for your understanding! Any order placed will abide by this agreement. Down payment is an agreement to these terms and conditions.
Customer Care
Here at Rodeo Rebel Beaded Feathers & Graphics, we love our customers. I want to give you the best customer care I possibly can. Please keep in mind that it may take me a little bit to respond back because this is a one person company. I will try to respond back as quickly as I can. I prefer that you text, due to a recent increase of robo-calls I have received. I value my customers, so I will work with you on making a custom product! Thank you for your patience and for giving me the opportunity to work with you!
Privacy Policy
For your privacy, I will not give out any private information, such as your phone number or order information. All text messages, calls, and other forms of correspondence will not be sold to third parties or tracked for marketing purposes. This is a small business, so all messages are confidential and only shared amongst employees or staff responding to the messages.
Wholesale Inquiries
I do offer wholesale, but I have a minimum for each specific product. I will try to work with you on a wholesale deal, but you will be put in line for your products like everyone else. This means, that if I have two orders before the wholesale order, I will work on the two orders first, unless there is a specific due date that I can work with. I have the right to refuse service! Thank you for your interest and just text me if you have any further questions.
